Detailed Eligibility
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Passed Senior Secondary Examination (10+2 pattern) or its equivalent from a recognized board.
- At least 70% aggregate marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM).
- At least 50% marks in English (in Class X or XII).
Additional Criteria
- JEE (Main) 2024: Candidates should have appeared in the JEE (Main) 2024 exam. The All India Common Rank List (CRL) published by NTA will be used for shortlisting candidates for the Service Selection Board (SSB).
Other Requirements
- Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible for training. Married candidates or those who marry during training will be discharged and liable for reimbursement of training costs.
Training Details
Selected candidates will be inducted as Cadets for a four-year B.Tech program in one of the following streams, as per Naval requirements:

- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics & Communication Engineering
The B.Tech degree will be awarded by Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) upon completion. Cadets will later be distributed among Executive and Technical branches based on policy.
