Selection Process of SBI Careers:
Selection in the SBI SO Recruitment has three stages.
Stage 1 – Online Written Test
Candidates take an objective online test. There is no negative marking. For Security Officers, Reasoning, English and General Awareness are only qualifying.
Stage 2 – Interview
Shortlisted candidates face a 100-mark interview. SBI decides the qualifying marks.
Stage 3 – Final Merit
Final merit uses 70% written test (Professional Knowledge for Security Officers) and 30% interview. If marks are equal, the older candidate is placed higher.
