Job Responsibilities:

• Work alongside experienced Cisco engineers on advanced networking technologies.

• Provide technical support to enterprise customers by troubleshooting network-related issues.

• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical incidents.

• Help customers optimize their networking infrastructure and improve system performance.

• Proactively identify and prevent recurring network issues.

• Create technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides.

• Contribute to Cisco’s online technical documentation and collaborative platforms.

• Stay updated with the latest networking technologies, products, and industry best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 2027 passout only

Preferred skill:

• Must be fluent in English (Verbal and Written).
• Passionate about networking, information technology or computer science.
• Knowledge of adjacent technologies, holding Cisco Certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) or industry-recognized certifications is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem – solving skills with ability to troubleshoot technical problems.
• Ability to multi-task, self-start, and work in a fast-paced team environment, and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to travel to customer sites (amount of travel will vary based upon your role and technology team)
