• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls professionally.
• Communicate clearly, confidently, and effectively with customers in English and Hindi, as required.
• Read, comprehend, and respond accurately to customer queries, process documents, emails, and system updates in both languages.
• Understand customer concerns, analyze issues, and provide timely resolutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer service while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and update records in the system

Cognizant Skills Required:

• Experience in Content Moderation will be considered a plus.
• Excellent spoken English is mandatory.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate fluently in both Hindi and English is a key requirement for this role.
• Strong listening, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Ability to engage in professional and fluent customer conversations.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Basic computer knowledge and a willingness to learn new processes and technologies
