SSC Junior Engineer 2026 – Qualification:

Core Engineering (CPWD, BRO, MES, CWC, CWPRS): Diploma or Degree in Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical
(Note: For BRO and MES, a 2-year working experience is required for diploma holders, whereas B.Tech freshers are directly eligible).
BRO Special Note: Only male candidates can apply for BRO, and their physical fitness test is mandatory.

Department of Telecommunication (JE Telecom): B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, CS, IT, or Instrumentation.

India Meteorological Department (Scientific Assistant): B.Sc with Physics OR a Computer Science / IT / Electronics degree.

 

SSC JE Selection Process 2026

 The selection process for SSC JE 2026 is divided into three phases:

1. Paper-I (Computer-Based Examination):

    • The first stage is an online computer-based examination consisting of objective-type questions.

2. Paper-II (Computer-Based Examination):

    • Those who qualify Paper-I are eligible to appear for Paper-II.
