Responsibilities of the Customer Support Associate Role

• A voice job is a job where the executives are assigned to handle the voice process for clients in different countries, particularly the U.S., Dubai etc.
• These jobs include product and service support or technical support in which the customer is calling to solve an issue

Eligibility Criteria

• Both undergraduates and graduates can apply.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
• Candidates pursuing education are strictly not eligible.

Preferred Skills

• Must be fluent in English

• Excellent Communication can Apply

Note:

1. Shift: 24×7 rotational with 2 rotational offs per week
2. 2 rotational weekly offs
3. Candidates should reside within a radius of 25 kms are eligible.
4. Two-way cab facility only in the night shift within 25 km only from office premises
5. Candidates who is comfortable working from the office can apply.
6. Immediate Joiners only.
7. No virtual Interview is available
8. Out-of-station candidates are strictly not eligible
