Responsibilities of an Associate:

  • Analyse and execute the provided cases for Video KYC processes
  • Close coordination with the sales team as well as the customer by while Video KYC verification
  • Ensure 100% regulations/ policy set for Video KYC process as well as KYC documents. Make sure that the files are updated accurately
  • Ensure TAT target, standards of productivity and accuracy & support team targets for the same
  • Prioritizing customer/internal stakeholders emails as well as VKYC referrals 
  • Review the process and spot gaps &  highlight the same for changes
  • Maintain responsibilities assigned for any new changes in policies/systems/processes 
  • Ensure nearly zero customers complain 
  • Respond to extraordinary requests, inquiries, escalation, and tasks as needed by the company.

Technical Skills:

  • Working knowledge of Excel
