Hello guys these are the Top 30 HR Interview Questions with Answers that are commonly asked by Recruiters. For your convenience, we have also provided the sample Answer that you can use at the time of the Hr interview.

Q1. Tell me about yourself?

My name is Ram, I am an engineering graduate specializing in Computer Science Engineering. I graduated from XYZ University and have an overall CGPA of 8.5.

I have a good understanding of C programming, Java, Data structures, and SQL that I have learned on Udemy. Along with these technical skills, I have good communication skills.

Our final year major project is based on a Raspberry pi microcontroller using which we made a Surveillance Robot. We were a group of four, and we made the project a success using our coding skills.

I am excited at the thought of the opportunity to apply my technical skills and experiences in your company.

Q2. Why should I hire you?

This is a wonderful opportunity for me to get interviewed at such a renowned company. Your organization will surely prove to be an excellent platform for me to establish my skills and knowledge in the corporate world. Even though I am a fresher, I assure you that I will give my best and work to my full potential so that I can contribute as much as I can towards the growth and welfare of this great brand.

Q3. What are your strengths and weaknesses?

I tend to be overly critical of myself. Whenever I complete a project, I can’t help but feel that I could have done more even if my work received a positive response. This often leads me to overwork myself and leaves me feeling burned out. Over the past few years, I’ve tried to take time to look at my achievements objectively and celebrate those wins. This has not only improved my work and my confidence, but it has helped me to appreciate my team and other support systems that are always behind me in everything I do.

Q4. What is the difference between confidence and overconfidence?

“Only” is the one word that changes the difference between confidence and overconfidence like I can do this work is confidence and I only can do this work is overconfidence.

I am going to give my best in the interview to impress the panel, this is confidence. The interviewer is definitely going to hire me, that’s over-confidence.

I’m the best person to hire for or company – Confidence. I’m only the best person to hire from or company – Overconfidence.
