What an associate at Infor actually does:

• Serve as the main technical point of contact for international business clients that are having problems with the Planning, Manufacturing, Warehousing, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory, and Finance modules of the Infor Enterprise CloudSuite.
• Investigate data sync failures and API/BOD/BDE payload errors between the core ERP and specialty edge solutions like PLM (Product Lifecycle Management), Localized Services (Local.ly Services), Supplier Exchange, and Factory Track/Barcode systems.
• Learn about and assist with the core Infor platform components, such as the Data Fabric layer that links the ecosystem and debugging Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
• Learn and support the underlying Technological platform components.
• Read and interpret cloud infrastructure logs, application error traces, and JSON/XML payloads to isolate whether an issue is a functional configuration error or a technical backend failure.
• Translate technical techno-functional discoveries into understandable, succinct, and sympathetic updates for clients (from IT directors to warehouse managers) in international English.
• To escalate complicated bugs or cloud infrastructure problems to our CloudOps and Core Engineering teams, package well investigated and documented cases.

Infor Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• B.E./ B.Tech in
  – CSE
  – IT
  – ECE
  – EEE
  – Industrial
  – Production Engineering
  OR
• B.S. in Electronics

Required skills:

• A basic conceptual understanding of business operations (advantage).
• Solid understanding of how systems communicate
  – HTTP/HTTPS
  – REST/SOAP APIs
  – JSON, XML
• Ability to write and understand SQL queries (search, filter, and trace data discrepancies).
• Knowledge of Cloud platforms and SaaS architecture
• Platform & Programming:
  – AI/ML
  – RPA
  – Python language understanding and its application
• Bonus points for relevant internships/projects in ERP systems/ Integrations
• Excellent written and verbal English Communiation skills.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic 24×7 environment, including rotating shifts
• Dual-Mindset Problem Solving
