Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls in Hindi.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
• Stay updated with product information and company policies

Sutherland Walk-in Qualification required:

• High school or Any Graduation
• Proficiency in the Hindi language.
