  • Resolve escalated service issues while maintaining high standards of customer service.

  • Support client onboarding by completing KYC (Know Your Customer) and AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance requirements.

  • Conduct investigations to identify AML risks and prepare accurate reports based on findings.

  • Analyze transaction data to identify unusual patterns and verify the legitimacy of customer activities.

  • Collaborate with bankers, customers, and internal stakeholders to obtain required documentation and information.

  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes and increase efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders while ensuring regulatory compliance
