Responsibilities of a Revenue & Operations Intern:

  • Support processes, reporting, and workflows used by Customer Success and Renewals teams.

  • Analyse customer trends, operational metrics, and business performance to uncover insights that improve retention, renewals, and day-to-day execution.

  • Identify bottlenecks and suggest ways to simplify or improve existing processes.

  • Collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Product, and Support, gaining first-hand exposure to how cross-functional teams work together to drive business growth.

  • Create and maintain documentation, trackers, dashboards, and operational playbooks.

  • Every project you contribute to will deepen your understanding of customer operations, business metrics, and the systems that power high-growth companies.

Sprinto Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in
    – Engineering
    – Business
    – Analytics
    – Economics
    – Related field
  • Candidates should have an interest in understanding how high-growth SaaS companies operate.

Required skills:

  • Ability to analyse problems, identify bottlenecks, and find practical ways to improve processes.
  • Comfortable working with numbers and using data to understand trends and business performance.
  • Interest in areas such as Sales, Customer Success, Finance, Product, and Operations, along with an understanding of how these functions work together.
  • Ability to manage information, maintain accurate records, and create processes that teams can rely on.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Tableau, or Looker is useful.
  • Basic experience with AI tools for analysing information, automating repetitive tasks, or improving productivity can be an advantage.
  • Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to contribute effectively while working with different teams.
