Educational Qualifications for SBI SCO:

Dean:

  • Qualification– MBA / Executive MBA / PGDM / PGDBA or equivalent in any discipline with minimum 55% marks OR Ph.D. / M.Phil. from an Indian University or Indian / International B-School.
  • Experience– 15 years of post-qualification experience, including a minimum 03 years as Dean / Deputy Dean / Principal / Director / Deputy Director / Joint Director / Head / Centre Head / Chief Learning Officer / SVP / VP or equivalent in Bank Training Institute / University / B-School / Corporate Learning Academy / Public Sector Training Institution.

Faculty:

  • Qualification– Postgraduate in any discipline with minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience– Minimum 6 years of teaching experience as Faculty / Professor / Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Corporate Trainer or equivalent.

Marketing Executive:

  • Qualification– MBA or equivalent in Marketing with minimum 55% marks.
  • Experience– Minimum 05 years in Marketing, of which at least 03 years in marketing of Executive Education / Management Institutes / Universities / Training Organizations / EdTech Organizations.
