Responsibilities of a Quality Associate:

  • Handle routine quality-related problems by following established procedures and general guidelines.

  • Communicate clearly with internal stakeholders and, where applicable, clients.

  • You will be provided detailed to moderate level of instruction on daily work tasks and detailed instruction on new assignments

  • Work effectively as an individual contributor while collaborating with the wider team.

  • BE, BTech, BSc
  • 0-2 years of experience

  • Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Fundamentals
  • Aerospace Quality Management Standards
  • Ability to perform under pressure

  • This individual needs to be a highly effective team player with good communication
  • Decision-making skills with the ability to develop and sustain team commitment and ownership
  • The position will include, but not be limited to, the following skills and experiences during the knowledge transfer process:
  • Demonstrates detailed engineering drawing interpretation skills
  • Ability to read and understand inspection reports 
  • Demonstrates understanding of geometric dimensioning and tolerancing (GD&T)
  • Desired experience structuring/reviewing First Article Inspection (FAI) packages per AS9102 
  • Good communication and email writing skills
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Knowledge in manufacturing, inspection, and the use of hand measuring tools
  • Analytical thinking
