Responsibilities of an Apprentice:

  • Support transitions and assist in knowledge transfer activities
  • Provides services at expected levels with a clear customer service and escalates exceptions
  • Handle and respond to internal and external inquiries
  • Manage day-to-day activities (modules to be assigned)
  • Process PO and non-PO invoices, credit notes, and down payments
  • Timely resolution of Invoices which have a price and quantity deviations and follow-ups including debit balances
  • Ensure necessary controls are in place and support payment proposal reviews
  • Oversight of Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt and timely clearing
  • Handle and resolve supplier queries through emails and calls
  • Ensure all processes, policies, and procedures are clearly defined and properly documented

Alcon Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • BA/ BBA/ BComm (Preferrably)

Required skills:

  • Indicate any other soft/technical/professional knowledge and skills requirements
  • Ability to work in strict deadlines
  • Positive attitude with a focus on continuous process improvement
  • SOX knowledge and clarity about accounting internal controls/audit
  • Excellent MS Office skills and SAP knowledge is an added advantage .
