American Express Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in
  – Computer Science
  – Computer Engineering
  – Information Technology, or a related technical discipline
• 1–2 years of experience in software development with modern front-end technologies, including
  – React
  – Redux
  – ES6/ES7
  – React Testing Library (RTL
  – Jest.

Required skills:

• Foundational understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

• Strong understanding of HTML/XHTML, CSS, JavaScript, DOM manipulation, and JSON.

• Experience building responsive and user-friendly web applications.

• Knowledge of microservices development using Java, Vert.x, Spring Boot, or similar frameworks.

• Familiarity with distributed systems, multi-tier application architectures, algorithms, and relational databases.

• Experience with automated, functional, integration, and performance testing.

• Understanding of Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality
