Retrieve patients’ electronic health records (EHR / EMR)
Rename, index, and save retrieved MR/MC in the designated system/folders as per the Taxonomy
Follow all HIPAA regulations.
Organize and file medical records appropriately.
Ensure daily targets and quality are met.
Seamlessly work with multi-country teams.
