Bank of India Credit Officer Educational Qualifications as on 01.06.2026:

Credit Officer (MMGS-II):

  • Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD) recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government
    OR
    CA/CMA-ICWA/CS/CFAt.
  • Experience- Minimum 3 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer out of which 2 years’ experience should be in processing of MSME Credit/ Commercial Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFC

Credit Officer (MMGS-III):

  • Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized University/Institute with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD) recognized by the Govt. of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government
    OR
    CA/ CMA-ICWA/ CS/ CFA.
  • Experience- Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer out of which 3 years’ experience should be in processing of MSME Credit/ Commercial Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFC

Credit Officer (SMG-IV):

  • Qualification: A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University/ Institute with 60% marks or equivalent grade (55% for SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWBD) recognized by the Govt. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognized as such by the Central Government
    OR
    CA/ CMA-ICWA/ CS/ CFA
  • Experience- Minimum 7 years’ post-qualification experience as an officer out of which 4 years’ experience should be in processing of MSME/ Commercial Credit / Project Finance / Mid & Large Credit in in Scheduled Commercial Banks/ Financial Institutions/ NBFC

Scrutiny of Eligibility Criteria:

  • Shortlisting of applications for the further selection process will be on the basis of documents in support of the eligibility criteria uploaded at the time of Registration
