Responsibilities of Business Development Executive:

  • Engage with 65–70 qualified leads daily through calls and video sessions
  • Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from initial engagement to successful enrollment.
  • Conduct personalized counseling sessions and pitch trial classes effectively
  • Achieve and consistently exceed weekly revenue targets, contributing significantly to company growth.
  • Actively participate in training programs to enhance your sales skills and stay updated on industry best practices.
  • Ensure smooth client onboarding and post-sales experience

PlanetSpark Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (preferred).
  • 2023, 2024, or 2025 batch
  • Willingness to work 6 days a week (Tuesday off)
  • Availability on Saturdays and Sundays is mandatory

Required skills:

  • Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proven ability to influence decisions, handle objections effectively, and close deals confidently.
