Responsibilities of an Associate:

  • Support onboarding of the Driver & Non-Driver Candidates in the US & Canada.
  • Coordinate with the Recruitment team for onboarding
  • Collect and process all required documents, backgrounds, and medicals for the Driver candidates
  • Collaborate with the candidates to ensure a smooth onboarding process & partner for their first week tasks
  • Coordinate with the Hiring Managers to ensure timely onboarding & resolve issues
  • Share login credentials, manuals, and guidelines.
  • Ensure new hires have technical assistance to properly set up their hardware and software.
  • Assign and assist the New Hires on the mandatory training and policies that may need to be completed upon onboarding.
  • Address any additional queries that the New Hires may have till they are handed over to the Hiring Managers
  • Monitoring onboarding systems to ensure that all necessary onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Achieve a high level of business partner satisfaction in the onboarding routines.
  • Ensure that the Candidates are on track with the day-today work assigned in the first week and work closely for any support until resolved.
  • Handle queries and escalations via calls, emails, and chats
