  • Track and manage received data and source documents.
  • Types process and status reports, and assigns and monitors document numbers.
  • Prepare and organize documents while identifying relevant data for entry.
  • Receives all forms of product documentation (electronic and hard copy). Performs data validation tasks by checking the information vs. alternate data sources.
  • Resolve inconsistencies by coordinating with document creators.
  • Performs data corrections according to direction.
  • Enters alphabetic, numeric or symbolic data from source documents into the computer following the format displayed on screen, and enters necessary codes.
  • Support Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) documentation processes.
  • Collects and reports process performance metrics.
  • Tracks work completed by the customer program for reporting purposes.
