Genpact Recruitment Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Deduction, Dispute & Collection domain.

  • Invoice collection includes the administration of all associated procedures, including account reconciliation, credit balance disposal, dispute identification and resolution, and unclaimed property administration.
  • The debt collector will strongly seek understanding of the skills and tools needed for all collection activities, while also successfully communicating and supporting the collection goals while providing excellent customer service.
  • Examine and evaluate client deductions to find inconsistencies and promptly address problems.
  • Communicate with customers, sales team, and other internal departments to gather necessary information and documentation for deduction resolution
  • Track and keep an eye on open deductions to minimize financial effect and guarantee prompt settlement.
  • Follow up with other departments to get information and supporting documentation for the resolution of disputes and deductions
  • Ability to balance, trouble shoot, and resolve recurring or occasional bottlenecks
  • Provide excellent client service, effectively convey and support the collection goals, and aggressively seek out new skills and resources to employ in all collection endeavors.
  • Receive notification for reimbursement and perform acceptability analysis within threshold
