  • Assist customers with flight bookings, ticket modifications, cancellations, and travel-related queries.
  • Provide accurate information on flight schedules, baggage policies, fares, and airline services.
  • Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
