• Deliver on day-to-day process targets in meeting Customer SLAs.

Infosys Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

• B.COM/BBA/MBA/M.COM/B.SC/ M.Sc.-Mathematics & Science (Only 2024 & 2025 graduates are eligible for Interview) and 15 Years (10+2+3) of qualification is mandate)
• Any graduates without computer science background.
• Need immediate joiners only.

Preferred skill:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills English and Hindi mandatory for voice process.
• English and Hindi spoken communication skill mandatory
• Ability to always remain professional and courteous with customers
• Following the company/client processes accurately and efficiently
• Flexible with shifts and working hours

• Round 1 – Aptitude Assessment (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM)

Dear Candidate,

Thanks for your interest in an opportunity with Infosys BPM Limited! Now, as the next step of the recruitment process, you are hereby advised to undergo our Computer Based Online Recruitment Test (AMCAT).

The test has 4 basic requirements:

• A Personal Computer / Laptop only.
• A working webcam and microphone connected with the system.
• Smooth and uninterrupted Internet connectivity (throughout the testing session min. 1 MBPS)
• Your ID card (you will be asked to take the picture along with your ID card while taking the test)

You may take the test as per your convenience at your home, a nearby cyber-cafe etc. We are mentioning below the URL/Link, that you are required to use to log into the test. Please note that below test login credentials are valid from August 20, 2025 at 2:28 PM, UTC +05:30, IST (New Delhi) to August 23, 2025 at 11:59 PM, UTC +05:30, IST (New Delhi) only. You will be able start the test within specified time interval only.

We would like to reiterate that you must take the test on a computer with a webcam/microphone and dedicated/ smooth Internet connectivity (min 1MBPS). If your test gets stuck at any point, you can resume the test using the same login details, this will enable you to restart the test at the same place where you got stuck. Procedure for taking online Test
Following are the steps for taking the test:

1. For taking the AMCAT exam, copy and paste the URL provided in the email and follow the instructions.
2. Enter the username and password provided to you in this mail.
3. You will be automatically prompted to Allow your Camera/Microphone to be enabled, please ACCEPT the request.
4. Fill the registration form and click in Continue (please use the same email id)
5. A 15-digit number will appear. This is your AMCAT ID. Note it and keep it safe with you.
6. To answer a question, select the Option and Submit to move to the next question.
7. Ensure that while you open this link no other tab/window/link is opened simultaneously on your system else your scores will not be processed.
8. Also, internet connectivity should be smooth.
9. Please complete the assessment in one go.

IMPORTANT NOTE: You are not allowed to open any other Browser / Switch between the Test Screen and other windows/ Minimize the Test Window/any other unfair means. The Test will get locked permanently if a candidate is found switching through windows while taking the Test/ or found using any other unfair means at the time of attempting the test.

General Very Important Instructions:

1. You have to answer all the questions mandatorily i.e. you cannot skip any question.

5. If somehow your test is stopped in between, (due to power failure/internet disconnection) wait for five minutes. Now, you may login again using the same details (Please Resume the Test only after 5 mins of halting the Test)
