      Work experience is only required for the Law Officer and Assistant Quality Control Officer posts, both of which require a minimum of 2 years of cumulative post-qualification experience as of June 30, 2026. The Graduate Engineer, Officer (Marketing), and Diploma Engineer positions do not require prior work experience.

      5. What is the selection process for the recruitment?

      The selection process comprises three stages:

      • Computer Based Test (CBT) (85% weightage)

      • Group Discussion (GD) and Group Task (GT) (5% weightage)

      • Personal Interview (PI) (10% weightage)

      6. What is the exam pattern for the Computer Based Test (CBT)?

      The CBT consists of 100 objective Multiple-Choice type questions. Section A tests General Aptitude (Quantitative, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability) with 50 questions in 60 minutes. Section B covers Domain Knowledge with 50 questions in 90 minutes. There is a penalty of 0.25 marks for every incorrect answer.

      7. What is the remuneration for these positions?

      The initial basic pay and approximate Cost to Company (CTC) are as follows:

      • Grade A: Initial Basic ₹ 50,000/- per month, Approx CTC ₹ 18.4 Lakhs per annum.

      • Grade A0: Initial Basic ₹ 40,000/- per month, Approx CTC ₹ 14.8 Lakhs per annum.

      • Grade E0: Initial Basic ₹ 30,000/- per month, Approx CTC ₹ 11.1 Lakhs per annum.
