What a manager at Iris actually does:

  • Lead and mentor a DevOps / Platform team of 6–10 members
  • Design, build, and manage AWS infrastructure (EC2, EKS/ECS, VPC, RDS, S3, IAM).
  • Own CI/CD pipelines and release automation processes
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform/CloudFormation.
  • Ensure high availability, monitoring, incident management, and RCA.
  • Drive cloud security best practices and cost optimization
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams.

Required skills:

  • AWS experience.
