Key Responsibilities of Lenskart Walk-in:

• Assist customers in selecting the right eyewear based on their requirements.
• Drive store sales and achieve individual and store-level targets.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales journey.
• Handle customer queries and provide product information.
• Support billing, stock management, and store operations.
• Maintain proper product display and store hygiene.
• Assist with basic eye-testing processes after completing the required training.
• Follow Lenskart’s sales processes, SOPs, and customer service standards.
• Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve business objectives

Lenskart Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers can apply

Preferred skill:

• Candidates with prior experience in retail sales, customer service, telecom, fashion, lifestyle, consumer durables, or similar customer-facing roles are preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Mandatory Training:

• Selected candidates will undergo 22 days of functional training at Lenskart Academy, Bhiwadi, Rajasthan.
• Training covers product knowledge, sales process, customer service, eye testing, and store operations.
• Salary starts from Day 1 of training.
• Candidates need to arrange their own accommodation/PG during training
