Job Role
You’ll bring the Lenskart store to the customer’s door. The listed duties are:
- Attending up to 5 home appointments a day on your two-wheeler
- Carrying the company kit (testing tools, machines, iPad, frames and lenses, about 15 kg)
- Doing a basic eye power check
- Suggesting the right frames and lenses and closing the sale
- Working on leads: about 60% given by Lenskart, 40% found by you
Your workday is 9 hours, falling between 8 AM and 10 PM depending on the slot.
Training: 25 days of classroom training (eye basics, machines, products, sales), then 8 to 10 days of field training with a buddy. You go live from the second month.
