L&T Job Responsibility:
- Coordinate closely with internal business teams to finalize candidate selections.
- Partner and follow up with recruitment vendors for active profile sourcing.
- Perform system data entry to generate offer letters and release them via the system.
- Coordinate with finalized candidates to collect and verify their KYC documents for onboarding.
- Ensure selected candidates accept their offers within the designated timelines
L&T Skills Required:
- Strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, talent acquisition, onboarding, joining formalities, background verification, document verification etc.
Eligibility Criteria
- Diploma Pass-Out Year: 2026
- Minimum 60% in 10th and Diploma
