Responsibilities of a Trainee:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers, recruiters, candidates, and other stakeholders throughout the recruitment process.
  • Schedule and manage interviews while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Support end-to-end interview coordination and recruitment operations.
  • Organize and manage virtual interview drives and hiring events.
  • Create job postings on recruitment platforms and career portals.
  • Assist in screening resumes and applications based on hiring requirements.
