What a Jr. Support Analyst at NielsenIQ  actually does:

  • Execute, monitor, and continuously improve assigned delivery management and service-related activities.

  • Work with reports, databases, and data quality checks

  • Expert on NIQ processes and methodologies, playing an active role in improving deliverables’ quality & efficiency

  • Delivering Snapshots/data extracts as per customer contractual terms, against stipulated success criteria and tracking mechanisms, aligning with customer on ways of working, and defining servicing elements of Joint Business Plan

  • Triage customer queries and requests related to data, resolutions, and snapshots.

  • Track customer requests and follow up on actions required for improvement.

  • Work closely with other NielsenIQ teams to identify resolutions

  • Work in partnership with stipulated markets’ Customer Service teams in accordance with defined Job Aids and Process Design

  • Monitor performance KPIs related to on-time delivery and data accuracy.

  • Maintain work discipline and ensure assigned activities are completed within required timelines

    • Bachelor’s degree with preference for
      – Business Administration/ Analyst
      – Mathematics
      – Statistics
      – Economics
      – Engineers
