What does a Desk Analyst at Schneider Electric actually do?

  • Address and resolve basic incidents and service requests, and escalate issues beyond scope to appropriate support teams

  • Uses the appropriate CTI categories for logging incidents and requests.

  • Deliver a positive customer support experience through timely communication, issue understanding, and professional handling

  • Ensures the end-to-end customer experience and acts as a single point-of-contact for the customer.

  • Analyze and resolve application, software, and hardware-related incidents/requests

  • Track incidents and requests from identification through resolution

  • Follows up with other support teams involved in resolution to ensure incidents are resolved, requests are filled, and the customer communication is complete.

  • Document resolutions and update the self-help knowledge base
