What does a Desk Analyst at Schneider Electric actually do?

Address and resolve basic incidents and service requests, and escalate issues beyond scope to appropriate support teams

Uses the appropriate CTI categories for logging incidents and requests.

Deliver a positive customer support experience through timely communication, issue understanding, and professional handling

Ensures the end-to-end customer experience and acts as a single point-of-contact for the customer.
