Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for candidate connect initiative
- Liaison with stakeholders to get solutions to the problems raised by candidates
- Ensure that the strategies designed for candidate connect is completed in a timely manner
- Update and maintain status trackers
- Publish weekly metrics
- Analyze data, highlight gaps and recommend solutions
- Support special projects and initiatives within HR
Eligibility Criteria:
- BBA/MBA from any stream
