Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Direct Sales for residential real estate projects
- Generating new business opportunities for organization & Generate leads and go for cold call and marketing strategy
- Ability to generate predictable revenue on target consistently Supervision & coordination of Marketing and branding activities
- Ensure optimum performance in meeting the stipulated sales target
- Coordination with realtor companies when requested by management and supporting them to meet the sales target and increase productivity
- Develop marketing strategies to build customer preference and drive volumes
- Identify clients from various sectors like corporate and generate business from the existing to achieve the target Provide guidance for promotion. Launches
- Conducting competitor analysis for market trend and rate analysis
- Attend to clients concerns and complaints and undertake steps to resolve them
- Handling post-sales activities like customer relation management, complaint handling, client retention, etc.
- Planning and execution of sales and marketing activities, responsible for corporate presentation and thereby getting bulk booking.
Eligibility Criteria:
- MBA, B.Tech, BBA, Graduates
- 2018-2021 batch can apply only to those who are willing to join immediately
- 0-2 Years Experience
