Key Responsibilities

As a Trainee Process Consultant, you will:

• Process healthcare claims and resolve customer inquiries for US clients.

• Ensure compliance with client SLAs and maintain high customer satisfaction.

• Update customer records accurately in the company’s database.

• Collaborate with teams to resolve issues efficiently.

• Work in 24/7 rotational shifts with fixed weekends (Saturday & Sunday off).

Sagility Eligibility Criteria

• Education: BCom, BSc, BBA, BA, or BPharma (Non-Tech Graduates Only).

• Batch: 2021, 2022, 2023, or 2024 passouts.

• Exclusions: BE/B.Tech, Postgraduates, and Diploma holders are not eligible.

Required Skills

• Strong communication skills in English.

• Basic understanding of customer service principles.
