About the Associate – VKYC, Support Role
As an Associate – VKYC, you will handle Video KYC cases by speaking with potential and existing customers over video call, as per set SOPs.
You will check officially valid documents (OVDs) and make decisions that strictly follow KYC rules.
You will update the system with final decisions, meet productivity, accuracy and TAT targets, and manage pending cases.
You will reply to urgent customer and internal emails and suggest process improvements.
Your success will be measured on productivity, accuracy, turnaround time and improvement ideas.
You will work closely with sales team SPOCs during Video KYC verification.
Tracking new policy, system and process changes assigned to you is part of the role.
