Job Description of Siemens Trainee:
- Perform daily customer and vendor creation and modification activities.
- Process third-party and intra-company requests accurately.
- Handle emergency requests as per business requirements.
- Contact requestors to resolve discrepancies and missing information.
- Support the Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes.
- Ensure accounting accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
- Maintain high-quality processing standards while meeting service-level agreements.
- Collaborate with team members to improve operational efficiency
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.Com or BBA Degree
Preferred skill:
- Understanding of various quality Methodologies
- Excellent Spoken and written Communication Skills
- Flexible in working rotational shifts.
- Proficiency in MS Office, SAP/OneSRM, and e-sourcing tools.
