Responsibilities of Recruiter:

• Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and availability.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate information using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure timely updates to both clients and candidates.
• Learn and follow US recruitment processes, employment terms, and hiring practices.

• Bachelor’s Degree preferably in
  – BE
  – BCA
  – BSc
  – MBA HR
• Fresh graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches can apply.
• US Shift (Night Shift)

Required skills:

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
