Responsibilities of an Apprentice:

  • Support daily processing activities and ensure transactions are completed accurately and within the required timelines.

  • Help monitor operational performance and customer service standards

  • Help resolve client queries and contribute to improving service outcomes.

  • Track key metrics and maintain data to support reporting and decision-making

  • Support managers in monitoring transactions and meeting payment-related obligations.

  • Learn how operational risk and controls work – and help ensure we meet regulatory and policy requirements

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the assigned team.
