Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for setting up of policies for the undwerwriter to review
• Review correspondence and applications to identify which of the tasksbelow is required.
  i. Utilize Clearance/Submission/Policy to launch new submissions
  ii.Creating activities to support the correspondence received in the mailbox iii.Order appropriate supporting documents
  iv.Import related communication, applications and underwriting reports to underwriting file and content management systems.
• Assign appropriate activities as per the UW and CSR workload structure spreadsheet
• Rating, prepping, and entering new business, renewals, and endorsements Processing cancellations, reinstatements, and rewrites

Qualification required:

• Graduate in any Discipline
• High level of accuracy when copleting tasks
• Proficient PC skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred skill:

• Comprehension – Ability to clearly understand the problem statement.
• Mathematical skills – Ability solve simple & complex calculations.
• Typing speed of min 25 WPM/85% accuracy.
• Insurance Knowledge – Basic understanding about what is Insurance.
•  Ability to understand the end to end process flow and steps involved in each of the processes.
• Computer Skills – Basic user level knowledge on Windows OS, Proficient in MS Office
• Flexibility to work in night shift
• Written communication skills – Ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner via emails with clients whenever required.
