Job Responsibilities:

• Handle Customer queries through chats or emails.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customer inquiries.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively.
• Work in coordination with team members to achieve service targets.
• Stay updated with product information and company policies.

Qualification required:

• Hiring for Currently Pursuing with distance education
• Highest Qualification- 12th Pass/ Graduation not mandatory.

Note:

• Must have Decent Communication skills
• Rotational Night shift
• Looking for an Immediate Joiner.
