Tata 1mg Job Responsibilities:

• Dispense medicines accurately as per prescriptions and pharmacy guidelines.
• Ensure proper stock management, inventory control, and expiry management.
• Maintain medicines as per required storage and temperature conditions.
• Guide customers on medicine usage, dosage, precautions, and basic product information.
• Handle billing, customer queries, and pharmacy records.
• Monitor stock availability.
• Maintain proper documentation, including controlled medicines and required pharmacy records.
• Ensure store cleanliness, hygiene, and proper product arrangement.
• Coordinate with the Store In-charge/Store Manager for smooth daily operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive in-store experience

Tata 1mg Skills Required:

• Good communication and customer handling skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Eligibility Criteria

• D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
• Valid Punjab Pharmacy Registration is mandatory for Pharmacist and Senior Pharmacist roles.
• Relevant retail pharmacy experience preferred.
