Job Role
In the Chat process, you’ll be helping international customers over live chat, often two at a time. In the Claims process, you’ll work on customer claims, checking details and updating records. Both roles involve:
- Understanding the customer’s issue and giving the right answer
- Writing clear, polite replies
- Updating customer and claim records in the system
- Meeting quality and speed targets
- Working in rotational shifts from the Noida office
