Handle customer calls professionally and efficiently
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries related to banking products and services
Maintain call logs and escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and adherence to quality standards

Teleperformance Walk-in Eligibility Criteria:

Freshers or 1 year of experienced candidate
Graduation is mandatory
2025 pass out with all the semester results and original graduation documents is mandatory

Preferred Skills:

Candidates must be fluent in:
- English & Hindi
- English & Kannada
- English & Malayalam
Workdays: 6 days in a week
Shifts: 24/7 rotational shift timing which includes night shift
Weekly Off: 1 rotational day off
Work Hours: 9 hours/day (including 1-hour break)
