Verint Recruitment Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain cloud infrastructure, tools for product delivery to AWS/Azure / OKD / OpenShift
  • Build and manage automation / pipelines / solution to automate development & testing processes
  • Automate infrastructure deployment, product deployment to the cloud staging area/production using pipelines in Harness, GitHub actions
  • Automate Patching, OS updates and Security vulnerability resolutions through pipelines
  • Ongoing evaluation (test) of feature design – proactively work with others to identify issues or potential risk areas with the architecture (performance etc…)

  • Develop features using best practices and ensure it fits with the architecture for the product
  • Ensure the right work is being done, work with Team Lead to know that product qualities like, unit tests, automation, throughout, capacities, security & performance will be sufficient
  • Ensure design and implementation work meets the stakeholder’s requirements
  • Ensure that the feature design is correct for operations, as well as deployment and sustainability
  • Take responsibility for technical implementation and decision making including the delivery of features
  • Identify, monitor and resolve feature related issues; escalate if individual resolution is not possible
  • Communicate relevant risks and issues to Team Lead and other relevant team members inside and/or outside the team

Verint Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

  • A degree or post graduate qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Preferred skill:

  • 1+ years working with private/public cloud platforms AWS, Azure or GCP.
  • Hands on experience into Powershell scripting
  • 1+ years of experience with Windows and Linux based applications
  • 1+ years of experience developing/Automating and maintaining Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery pipelines using GitHub Actions, Harness, Jenkins or any other CI/CD tooling
  • 1+ years of experience managing/working on enterprise-wide Kubernetes platform
  • 1+ years of experience developing, managing and maintaining Ansible Playbooks, Terraform, Helm Charts.
