What an Engineer at Virtusa actually does:

  • Review incoming order forms using Google Workspace tools to check completeness, financial alignment, and compliance with company policies.

  • Create and validate orders and contracts while ensuring that the required information is accurate.

  • Use Salesforce (Vector) to track sales opportunities and support Configure, Price, Quote (CPQ) processes.

  • Help ensure that order and contract information is correctly processed for downstream billing.

  • Use Q+ and other tracking tools to monitor operational queues and maintain data accuracy.

  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in records and workflow processes.

  • Complete assigned tasks within defined service-level agreements (SLAs).

  • Coordinate with Sales, Finance, and Credit teams to resolve billing blocks and booking-related errors.

  • Process contract renewal cases using the prescribed checklists and procedures.

  • Update internal systems and tools with accurate renewal information.

  • Ensure contract details align with relevant commercial and legal requirements.

  • Perform policy and approval checks before processing transactions.

  • Respond to stakeholder questions and provide clarifications related to order and contract processes.

  • Support escalations by providing relevant data and information.

  • Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines.

  • Address quality assurance feedback and work to reduce repeated errors and client defects.

  • Graduate equivalent (Commerce/Finance preferred)

  • 1–2 years of Google Workflow experience

Required skills:

  • Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, and order/contract/provisioning management is valuable.

  • Strong communication and analytical skills are required.

  • 24×7 rotational shifts (every 45 days) with shift allowances and partial transport provided by region
