NTT Data 2026 Job Responsibility:

• Handle international outbound and/or inbound voice calls as part of the Accounts Receivable (AR) process, interacting with overseas clients/customers professionally and confidently
• Follow up on outstanding payments, invoices, and account statements to ensure timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships
• Address customer queries related to billing discrepancies, payment terms, invoice clarifications, and account balances with accuracy and clarity
• Maintain detailed records of all conversations, commitments, and payment updates in the system as per process guidelines and compliance standards
• Meet daily and monthly productivity targets including call volumes, collection goals, and quality benchmarks defined by the organization
• Coordinate with internal finance, billing, and operations teams to resolve disputes and ensure smooth closure of accounts
• Adhere to company policies, international calling etiquette, and data security guidelines while delivering high levels of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English with good listening and comprehension ability
• Basic understanding of accounts, finance, or billing concepts is an added advantage
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements
• International voice process, excellent fluent communication, night shift, graduation mandatory
