Responsibilities of Process Executive:

  • Handle transactional HR & Payroll processes.
  • Support US HR and Payroll teams with benefits and reporting tasks.
  • Work on semi-voice HR/Payroll projects for the North American region.
  • Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.
  • Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.
  • Maintain and improve performance metrics.
  • Proactively manage and resolve customer queries.

Eurofins Scientific Off Campus- Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • 0-4 years of experience 

Required skills:

  • Experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US.
  • Experience in Lawson (advantage).
  • Experience in managing project with semi voice support.
  • Logical reasoning and analytical skills.
  • Passion to continuously learn and grow.
  • Knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Communication (written and verbal).
