• Examine, evaluate, and replicate problems that customers have experienced in production or near-production settings.
• Debug and analyze application logs, telemetry, traces, exceptions, and service behavior.

• Develop agentic workflows to improve engineering productivity, such as:
  • Intelligent search over logs and codebases

• Investigate new models, frameworks, and methods on a regular basis to improve the team’s performance.
• Examine and identify complicated problems throughout the entire stack using both conventional debugging methods and AI-powered observability tools.
• Dive deep into codebases to identify root causes of production incidents
• Create well-documented pull requests with fixes and route them to subject matter experts for expedited review
• Follow up diligently with Product and Engineering teams to ensure timely resolution and deployment of fixes
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand product architecture, known issues, and design principles.
• Support release processes by validating fixes, contributing to hotfixes or service packs as needed.
• Proactively look for opportunities to reduce manual effort through intelligent automation
• Analyze patterns in customer issues to identify opportunities for product improvements
• Contribute to building stronger observability and monitoring capabilities
• Document troubleshooting processes and solutions to build a knowledge base for the team
• Participate in post-incident reviews with a learning mindset, focusing on prevention and process improvements
• Work closely with Support, CloudOps, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver fast, reliable resolutions
• Within internal teams, speak out for client demands while taking technological limitations into consideration.
• Share insights from customer interactions to inform product roadmap and quality initiatives.

• 6-18 Months of professional experience in product development

Required skills:

• Experience in ML/AI library:
  – TensorFlow
  – PyTorch
  – Scikit‑learn
  – Transformers-based frameworks.
• Software engineering concepts:
  – debugging
  – logging
  – REST APIs
  – distributed systems basics.
• Web application architecture, APIs, and databases
• Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG systems, or agentic workflows is a strong plus.
• Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP).
• Experience with Git, CI/CD, and modern engineering practices.
• Programming skills with experience debugging and fixing production code
