Responsibilities of Sales Representative:

• Plan and execute outreach strategies, including prospect segmentation, messaging, and sales sequences to engage potential customers.
• Generate target lists and move prospects through the pipeline and converting them into product demonstrations.
• Use multiple channels such as email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to generate interest and initiate conversations with prospects.
• Qualify potential customers using defined criteria and convert them into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs).
• Be persistent and proactive in your communication with prospects, providing them information that would help them move quickly in the pipeline.
• Use the marketing content, case studies and other collaterals effectively.
• By gaining insights into our prospect’s needs, you will provide inputs for marketing content creation.
• Set expectations with the founding team at the beginning of every week with semi-weekly status reports.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare reports for daily and weekly sales meetings.

• 0-1 year of experience as an SDR in the B2B technology space, preferably in a start-up.

Required skills:

• Written and verbal communication skills
• Data-driven mindset
• Having sold products with annual contracts worth USD 10K+ would be a plus.

• Ability to figure out how to use software without a bunch of training.
• Capable of resolving problems by doing Google searches and filing tickets with software providers.
• You have used CRMs for email marketing in the past and are capable of maintaining internal CRMs and using them for reporting.
